An 18-year-old boy in Singapore admitted that he molested his 13-year-old classmate, stole noodles from a café, cheated buyers online, played kidnap prank on police.
The boy also admitted to cutting construction worker’s safety rope when he was cleaning windows of 27the floor.
According to CNA, 18-year-old boy who can not be named as he was under 18 at the time of offences.
The boy pleaded guilty to one count of each outrage of modesty, mischief, transmitting of false message to the police and theft, as well as two counts of cheating.
On March 03 2022, the 18-year-old boy admitted to partially cutting construction worker’s safety rope in may 2018 when the worker was cleaning windows at 27th floor of a building.
The worker found out that the rope was partially cut at the 26th floor and he reported it to his supervisor.
MOLESTED HIS CLASSMATE : Between January & March 2019 he molested his classmate when she was 13 years old.
The boy said in court that he brushed his hands against her upper thigh and buttock over her clothes, CNA Reported.
SPRAYED LUBRICANT ON LIFT BUTTONS : In Dec 2017, he sprayed the lubricant on lift buttons at Bayshore Road Building to make them slippery so that passengers might accidently press the wrong buttons.
The teen thought it would be funny to do it which is an offence of mischief.
KIDNAP PRANK ON POLICE : In Oct 2018, the 18-year-old took his friend’s phone and called police saying “I was kidnapped, don’t kill me, don’t kill me”.
STOLE NOODLES : In Sep 2019, the boy admitted that he stole two packets of instant noodles from a café when it was closed.
CHEATED TWO PEOPLE : In Oct 2021, he cheated cheated two people by making them believe that he was selling an in game item from online game Growtopia.
The judge called for a probation suitability report, which was requested by both the defence and prosecution, according to CNA.
The 18-year-old will return to court in April for sentencing, where another nine charges will be taken into consideration for his sentencing.
