A 36-year-old was arrested for exposing his private parts to a woman along Gul Way Circle o 27 July 2022.
According to the press release, the singapore police have arrested a 36-year-old man for his suspected involvement in a case of sexual exposure.
On 27 July 2022, the Police received a report that a man had allegedly exposed his genitals to a woman along Gul Way Circle, police added.
Through follow-up investigations, officers from Jurong Police Division established the identity of the man and arrested him on 13 September 2022.
The man was charged in court on 15 September 2022 with sexual exposure, under Section 377BF of the Penal Code 1871, according to police.
The offence carries an imprisonment term which may extend to one year, a fine or both.
The Police will deal with sexual offenders who threaten the personal safety of others in the community sternly, in accordance with the law, the police said in press release.
