Singapore Police had recently arrested OnlyFans creator Titus Low in relation to the electronic transmission of obscene materials on an online platform OnlyFans & He was charged in court.
Titus Low was arrested on 29 December 2021 & On Dec. 30, he charged with two counts of transmitting obscene material via electronic means, and one count of failing to comply with an order issued to him.
Later he was granted S$5,000 bail with bail conditions, he must not access his OnlyFans accounts or contact any prosecution witnesses. His case was been adjourned to Jan. 20, 2022 for investigations to be completed.
Few days after he was granted bail Titus Low posted a 9-minute YouTube video to share about his OnlyFans journey, Why he did OnlyFans and how difficult & important was it for him to start his journey as a OnlyFans creator. He also explained about his arrest in the video.
“Till today, I don’t know who made the report, and I don’t know why. I mean, it’s OnlyFans. I have to create specific content for specific adults. We are both willing like buyer and seller,” Titus said in his video.
“We only create content for people who are our age and wish to have content they want to see. And all this is on the basis of everything is consensual”.
“So we don’t force you to watch our content, we don’t force you to pay it’s not open for public consumption, and if I don’t impede on your life and your lifestyle, to the person who reported me, why are you impeding in mine?”, he added.
“I have a lot of thoughts and opinions about getting charged as an OnlyFans creator. So a lot of my thoughts are also shared with many online commenters. So I think this conversation is far greater than me,” he said in YouTube video.
