Two men, aged 30 and 31, have been arrested following a slashing incident that occurred on the night of March 10 in Woodlands.
The police received an emergency call for assistance at Block 778 Woodlands Drive 60 at approximately 10:55 PM.
According to a police statement, the two suspects were arrested for allegedly causing grievous hurt with a dangerous weapon.
A 20-year-old victim was transported to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, where he was treated for his injuries and reported to be conscious.
Dashcam footage shared with Stomp captures a chaotic scene in which three men appear to chase another individual.
The footage shows the pursuers brandishing items, while shouts can be heard in the background.
A Stomp contributor, who chose to remain anonymous, recounted witnessing the aftermath of the incident. She described finding the injured man bleeding profusely, with a deep cut on his thigh, shortly after hearing the commotion.
Police investigations are ongoing.
