An Indonesian woman is accused of repeatedly performing sexual acts on an intellectually disabled man without his consent, as well as making video calls to her boyfriend while committing the alleged offences.
The accused, originally from Indonesia, stands accused of repeatedly performing sexual acts on the man without his consent in 2022.
According to ST, the woman appeared in a district court on June 27.
The court documents revealed that the woman, who remains unnamed to protect the identity of the alleged victim, faced three sexual penetration charges and two counts of voyeurism. The offenses were said to have taken place in a Bukit Panjang flat between January and February of this year.

The woman allegedly engaged in non-consensual oral sex with an intellectually disabled man in a Bukit Panjang flat sometime between January and February 2022. She is also accused of allowing her boyfriend to witness the act through a video call on her phone.
The woman is believed to have continued these offenses until August 2022.
It is not clear from the court documents how the Indonesian woman is connected to the purported victim. The woman is expected to plead guilty to the charges on August 7.
