Singapore police has arrested 33-year-old man over his suspected involvement in murder of 30-year-old woman at a residential unit in Ang Mo Kio Street 23.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the 33-year-old man was married to the woman who was killed in stabbing incident.
The police were alerted to a stabbing incident at a residential united along Ang Mo Kio Street 23 at about 7:35am on that day.
When the police officers arrived at the scene, they found woman lying motionless inside the unit & she was pronounced dead at the scene.
In a news release from SPF, the police said that they have arrested the man over his suspected involvement in murder of 30-year-old woman.
The offence carries death penalty, the man will be charged in court on Wednesday Jan 12.
