Sadly, we had to begin the year with some sad news.
On January 1st of 2023, a 28-year-old man was found dead on Serangoon Avenue 4 next to Serangoon Community Park.
According to the police, they received a call for assistance at about 1.40pm.
A paramedic from the Singapore Civil Defence Force declared the individual dead at the scene.
Based on preliminary investigations, the police said that they do not suspect foul play and that investigations are ongoing.
According to CNA, one of their reader saw a police cordon and police tent at Serangoon Community Park on Sunday afternoon. The man was found dead near the main road in Serangoon on Sunday afternoon.
The police said that they do not suspect foul play based on the primary investigations.
