A male teen who was filmed performing an indecent act with a cat in the corridor of a public housing block in Bukit Panjang has been arrested by police on Tuesday, April 11.
According to Today, the police confirmed that they were alerted to the incident at Senja Road at 12:10 am on the same day and have launched an investigation into the matter. When approached for comment, the police stated that the teenager is being held in relation to the alleged obscene act and investigations are ongoing.
